During normal operation of a water-cooled chiller, dirt or other impurities will inevitably affect the cooling effect. Therefore, in order to extend the service life of the main unit and achieve a better cooling effect, regular maintenance and upkeep work should be done to ensure the operation quality of the chiller and improve production efficiency.

Specific suggestions are as follows:

◆ Are the voltage, current and compressor normal?

Regularly check whether the voltage and current of the chiller are stable, and whether the compressor operation sound is normal. When the chiller is working normally, the voltage is 380V and the current is within the range of 11A-15A.

◆ Pay attention to refrigerant leakage! Regularly check whether there is leakage of refrigerant in the chiller: you can refer to the parameters displayed on the high and low pressure gauges on the front panel of the main unit to determine. Depending on the temperature change (winter, summer), the pressure display of the chiller is also different. When the chiller is working normally, it is normal for the high pressure display to be 11-17kg and the low pressure display to be within the range of 3-5kg.

◆ Is the water dissipation system normal? Check whether the water dissipation system of the chiller is normal, whether the cooling water tower fan and sprinkler shaft are operating well, and whether the water replenishment in the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal.
